We worked with Joe and he is a genuine person who truly wants you to have a great car buying experience. We went in with a TrueCar price and the dealership beat the TrueCar price. No prolonged haggling - one offer from the manager and the deal was done! Joe ensured we had all possible discounts. The warranty overview was thorough and informative. It was easy signing the financing paperwork. We asked the finance manager how to pay the loan off early if we wanted to and he explained the process in detail. When our car was ready, I noticed a few smudges and another employee jumped in and quickly removed them! It was a great experience and I plan on buying my Jeep at this dealership from Joe! And yes, we said BAM BABY several times! More
