I have been leasing from Meadowlands for close to 19 years. For all but one car my salesman was Bob Young Well, I received a call from Steve Kaplan and during the conversation he told me Bob was no lon years. By turning in my Seebring and not making the last 5 payments I could lease a Jeep Compass at a great price. So my wife Mary and I did and Steve made the transition very easy for both of us. After doing business with Bob Young for so long I did not think it would be as easy as it turned out to be I feel like I've know Steve for years. Mike Risi is top notch. First of all, he remembered me from when I purchased my GMC Envoy which was over 6 years ago. He was friendly, respectful and a good listener. Tom Healy was our sales person and he was fun to work with. He kept all his promises and it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. He was even so conscientious that he found me some Tylenol when I had a headache. Sharon Giustino was our finance guru and she was great, too, explaining different options for financing and finding us a great deal. There is reason Meadowland has been around for over 40 years. Frank was professional, knowledgeable and was not pushy, whatsoever. I did not feel pressured to make a decision and was totally happy with the end result. They are lucky to have him aboard. Sharon (do not remember her last name) in the financing department, was thorough and efficient as always. I have dealt with Sharon several times of the last 20 years, purchasing several cars from this dealership. She made sure to apply any rebates available and was very quick to provide the financial information required to make the sale. I am a business owner of an HVAC company in Westchester County, NY and fully understand the sales and service aspect of running a successful business.
