The customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately, what I was told my car required to fix I would have to find the parts on my own as they were discontinued. I had a problem with my convertible top in my 2007 c70. It had failed and won't move and I wanted to know why. Part of the estimate was that a rear quarter window was missing. You couldn't get the part, so I'd have to find it in a junkyard or something. I found a window and ordered it. Hired a glass company to do the install and they immediately told me, the glass was in there and I didn't need a new window. Also, that the regulator on the opposite drivers side was working properly and didn't need replaced either as suggested. Makes me question if my car was actually diagnosed properly. This is why people don't trust dealerships. More

I had two tires for installed and was told it would be two hours. It ended up three hours with no car wash and vacuum. When we mentioned the cleaning I was told it would be another 30 minutes. That would two hours. It ended up three hours with no car wash and vacuum. When we mentioned the cleaning I was told it would be another 30 minutes. That would be half a day for two tires. When I had the car serviced about a month ago I spent over $700 also with no car wash and vacuum. The service has definitely gone downhill in the last two years while the costs have constantly risen. More
