I have purchased two Volvos from this dealership and will continue to do business with them because of their excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. When I bought my first Volvo from Ferman the continue to do business with them because of their excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. When I bought my first Volvo from Ferman they had to call around and find the car I wanted. When I purchased my XC40 in 2019 they were brand new and Ferman ordered the exact car I wanted from the manufacturer. I always get my car serviced at the dealership.The two service reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure I have a loaner car so I dont have to take time off work. All in all I am very happy with Ferman Volvo. More
