Tire change Always a pleasure to have my Volvo XC60 serviced at Ferman. Prompt courteous service, car was returned washed, vacuumed and new tire put on to replac Always a pleasure to have my Volvo XC60 serviced at Ferman. Prompt courteous service, car was returned washed, vacuumed and new tire put on to replace the rear passenger tire which had been slow leaking due to picking up a screw. Best of all, no charge because we purchased the insurance coverage for tire road hazards. They even buffed the scrape on the front so it is no longer noticeable. I love Sharon and Matt at Ferman Volvo. Thanks, guys! More

Some repairs aren’t sufficient I have an XC 90 T8. I bought it because it was a hybrid with 18 miles per charge. The vehicle had 18 miles per charge for the first 18 months, but i I have an XC 90 T8. I bought it because it was a hybrid with 18 miles per charge. The vehicle had 18 miles per charge for the first 18 months, but it has failed to achieve this target afterwards with several maintenances. I will not recommend the T8 based on my experiences. More
