She spent time explaining all the features of the car and we went for a test drive.. We then signed up for the 24 hour date night program and took the car home. We loved it and subsequently returned the next day and leased it for 36 months. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful in every way...they couldn't be nicer...it was a great experience. Sharyl handled all our questions and concerns...Erik Shipley handled the final paperwork with great efficiency. More

We originally went to Bozard to look at a used truck for my husband, however the truck had already been sold. Buddy asked my husband for what he was looking for and they had a used truck on the lot that was exactly what he wanted. We purchased the used truck for him (2012 F350 DWD diesel 4x4). In addition my husband asked Buddy about a truck for me (I had an 2010 F150 and was just looking). Buddy was patient and attentive as I was looking for a unique truck that I had seen but in a different color. We were able to find the truck in the color I wanted with the interior package I love...AND I purchased a brand new 2015 F150 4x2 Sport for myself. Worst Experience Ever.. All I dealt with was a liar Sharyl was the internet mgr I was dealing with. I was told my vehicle would be held until a specific day. She lied and my vehicle had been sold the very next morning! Sharyl pretended to give me bogus monthly payments so that I wouldn't be interested. She kept me going back and forth for a whole day, meanwhile the vehicle was sold that very morning. Every time I spoke to her she was trying to talk me out of buying the vehicle (WHO DOES THAT?!) I got a weird vibe about it so I called her boss. When I spoke with her boss, all he could say was he was sorry. And that he didn't know where she got those numbers from! Her boss, John Moon, was the one that told me the vehicle had already been sold and that she had been stringing me along all day for a vehicle that was no longer there! I highly recommend not to do business with this dealership! They lack a serious amount of professionalism! More

Great Date Night Experience My wife and I were pleased when we were offered the opportunity to test drive the Lincoln MKC as part of the Date Night Program by Jesse Scheff. My e My wife and I were pleased when we were offered the opportunity to test drive the Lincoln MKC as part of the Date Night Program by Jesse Scheff. My expectations were that this would be a novelty experience and that it should be a pleasant time although we were not really looking for a new car. The friendliness of the dealership staff, notably Sharyl Brewer, when we arrived put us at ease however the quality of the MKC and the depth of the safety features on the vehicle were astounding. I was really impressed and it was obvious that this is the future of transportation. We had a great time and driving the vehicle was such a seamless pleasure that after a short time I just relaxed and had fun. The power in the MKC was nothing short of amazing. When we returned to the dealership the next day we were greeted by Tanya Tomanek who helped us retrieve our car. Her question about our experience made me realize that when we are in the market for a new vehicle that we will have to consider any new purchase in light of the performance of this Lincoln. We will definitely tell our friends to check out the Bozart Ford Lincoln dealership in St. Augustine and the positive qualities of Lincoln cars. More

I had been looking for months and had only ever seen one prior to the one I ended up purchasing from Sheryl(I was very particular when it came to the exact model/options I wanted). I was still a week or so from returning but I knew I had to jump on this opportunity before I lost out. I talked with Sheryl, the Internet sales manager, and she was extremely helpful given my situation. She did everything I requested and when I returned home my new car was waiting for me in my driveway. Absolutely not your tipical sale, but Sheryl and the staff at Bozard made my experience better than could ever be expected. I would definitely recommend Bozard to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More
