Rick Garcia is one the best financial reps I have met in buying cars for over 50 years. His not only extremely knowledgable, but nows how to strike the balance between the customer and his allegiance to his dealership. He is one of those few folks in the car sales world that you can trust to get you the best deal and interest rate. He is by far the best. I would be remiss if I did not give praise to the Sales Manager Jesse Scheff for working to get us the best deal possible. This dealership is not an official USAA dealer, but they will match or beat the pricing and loan rate. How can you beat that? More

I was knocked over 40 feet and my F150 was totaled. I walked away with no injury what so ever, It is a testament to the tough construction of such a fine vehicle... I went to Bozard after seeing the replacement truck I was looking for. I was greeted by Mrs. Sheryl Brewer. Best sales experience I've ever had at a dealership. Her was so helpful, and from start to finish, there was NO pressure. I was greeted by Sales Manager Mr. Matt Tudor as we talked over some improvements to be made to the truck such as leveling the front and tires. He was very diligent in working for me. I have to say, all of the staff were friendly and so very helpful. After all I had been through with insurance companies and what they were and were not going to compensate me from the loss of my truck, my experience with the good folks at Bozard made up for it... Sharyl contacted me a few weeks later to let me know that the price of the truck had dropped and wanted to know if I was still interested, and I was. I drove down the next day and bought the F150. Sharyl was a pleasure to work with and did everything she had said she would. I am from Tallahassee and drove all the way down there to purchase the F150. I could not be happier with the service of the sales staff and the finance staff of Bozard Ford! We did have a couple of issues with the truck after we left the dealership, we returned and Sharyl took care of them immediately!! More

Outstanding Customer Support by the Internet Sales Team! I started emailing the internet sales team (Sharyl Brewer) about 12 months ago and was just looking for the best possible deal in the Jacksonville are I started emailing the internet sales team (Sharyl Brewer) about 12 months ago and was just looking for the best possible deal in the Jacksonville area. I was not in a rush at all and was never pressured from Bozard or bothered with phone calls and e-mails. I was not 100% committed to making the purchase until I saw the 2016 Ford Explorer Limited and Sharyl and John were able to beat all other competitors in the area, they gave me a great deal! I showed up to the dealership the day that happened to be Sharyl and Johns off day but was taken care of by Lee Brewer who was awesome! He explained everything and was able to give me a great deal on my trade in that I could not pass up. It took me about 4 hours at the dealership and I drove off in my new 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. This car is AWESOME! I love it. Thank You to Sharyl/John/Lee, great experience and best price in Jacksonville. More
