After Destination Kia was not on our list of dealerships to shop but a friend of mine told me about his experience there and I added them to our list. After the first round of visits to 4 dealerships, Destination Kia was the only one left. We were greeted by Dillon Wagner and we stayed with him through the whole process. He is a professional of the first order. His product knowledge is second to none. He answered all of our questions, to my wife and my satisfaction and we both agree that he was 100% honest and stuck by everything he said. He mentioned that a truck was that I ended up buying had Apple Car Play and when we got in, he was crushed when he found out it didn’t. It really wasn’t that big of a deal for me anyway but he wrote the information down for later use, which impressed me. We ended up buying 2 vehicles from Dillon and we are both very pleased. We feel like Dillon asked questions to find out what would be the best fit for us and then showed us the cars and let us decide. Zero pressure. I wouldn’t have dealt with that anyway. We will use Dillon and DK again and we will certainly recommend them to friends and family. The icing on the cake was the way we were treated by the management team there. Sean Collins was very ammenible to making a deal that served us both and he help me with my credit union when an issue popped up. I like Destination Kia More

He went through all my options and the sales manager also came out and was very friendly. Even though it was busy, Matt really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and all my questions answered. I highly recommend! More

During all I previously had a 2011 Kia Sorento that I absolutely loved. However, it was clearly made on a Friday afternoon (if you know what I mean). During all my misfortunes with the first one, I always had a wonderful experience with the parts department. On Saturday, I walked back into Destination Kia with hopes of retiring my first Sorento for a new one. I was greeted within 5 minutes in the parking lot by our salesman Josh Cornwell. He was polite, personable and took the time to understand my frustrations, concerns and my needs/wants. He quickly found the SUV that I would soon be the new owner of. Him along with sales manager Shaun Collins, were able to get me in to the most gorgeous 2017 pearl white Kia Sorento EX, and were able to meet my needs financially. Although it was a long day at Destination Kia, it was a rewarding one. I was able to say goodbye to the old and drive home in my new one the same day! I can honestly say that I'm in love with my SUV! Thanks Josh! More

Service - Excellent, Sales - Excellent I have brought my Kia to Destination a number of times for service, always with excellent, professional service. I now have a problem that the service department is taking care of and more. The service writers are great to work with, most recently Jeremy Terrell. While waiting for service, I looked into exchanging my 3 year old Kia for a new one. The sales people are polite, professional & friendly, as well as the managers. It is the end of the month and the management offered a great price. I did not go with the deal only because my current Kia is still as good as brand new, and why buy a new car to put heavy mileage on it. I commend Destination Kia for their new facility, wonderful product and service, but mostly for their team. More

It has been a month now and no check, and no one there will return our phone calls. I have a list of there names, but will not put them on here as I am respectful. I can not say the same thing for the people that will not return our calls. I am not very happy with the way this matter has been handled. I would not recommend this dealership because of this point. A hundred dollars is not much money, but its the principle that I was told I would receive it and I have not received it nor a simple call back from the several people that were contacted. I am seriously thinking about contacting the owner of the business. Gary Arnold More
