LOVE MY SORENTO! I previously had a 2011 Kia Sorento that I absolutely loved. However, it was clearly made on a Friday afternoon (if you know what I mean). During all my misfortunes with the first one, I always had a wonderful experience with the parts department. On Saturday, I walked back into Destination Kia with hopes of retiring my first Sorento for a new one. I was greeted within 5 minutes in the parking lot by our salesman Josh Cornwell. He was polite, personable and took the time to understand my frustrations, concerns and my needs/wants. He quickly found the SUV that I would soon be the new owner of. Him along with sales manager Shaun Collins, were able to get me in to the most gorgeous 2017 pearl white Kia Sorento EX, and were able to meet my needs financially. Although it was a long day at Destination Kia, it was a rewarding one. I was able to say goodbye to the old and drive home in my new one the same day! I can honestly say that I'm in love with my SUV! I now have a problem that the service department is taking care of and more. The service writers are great to work with, most recently Jeremy Terrell. While waiting for service, I looked into exchanging my 3 year old Kia for a new one. The sales people are polite, professional & friendly, as well as the managers. It is the end of the month and the management offered a great price. I did not go with the deal only because my current Kia is still as good as brand new, and why buy a new car to put heavy mileage on it. I commend Destination Kia for their new facility, wonderful product and service, but mostly for their team. More

It has been a month now and no check, I was told I would receive a hundred dollar check in a few weeks after my wife bought a SUV at Destination KIA. It has been a month now and no check, and no one there will return our phone calls. I have a list of there names, but will not put them on here as I am respectful. I can not say the same thing for the people that will not return our calls. I am not very happy with the way this matter has been handled. I would not recommend this dealership because of this point. A hundred dollars is not much money, but its the principle that I was told I would receive it and I have not received it nor a simple call back from the several people that were contacted. I am seriously thinking about contacting the owner of the business. Gary Arnold More

The warranty can't be beat and the quality is on par with other vehicles in the respective classes. I didn't want to rush into signing away a bunch of money and Stephenie never made me feel pressured. We talked about a few options over the phone and she had them ready for me when I arrived. She was calm and knowledgeable about the cars. With my limited budget she helped me find the perfect car. The manager Shaun went out of his way to make sure I was being taken car of and Matt, the finance guy, got me a great interest rate with having "zero" credit. If you or someone you know is looking for a car, Destination Kia is the place to go. I purchased a Kia Rio with a 6-speed manual transmission and it is so much fun to drive! Its nothing fancy but it is exactly what I needed. More
