Oil change I had my 1 year old with me and he was all over the place but everyone was very nice about it and understanding. Told work complete. Showed up and it wasn’t. I dropped my Jeep off to have a part replaced, have an alignment done, an inspection for a check engine light and a diagnostic to ensure the replaced I dropped my Jeep off to have a part replaced, have an alignment done, an inspection for a check engine light and a diagnostic to ensure the replaced part fixed the problem. 5 days later I was told in the morning that the work was complete. I called at lunch time with a question about the work and was told they were just wrapping up paperwork. I showed up 10 minutes before the service center closed and they were still doing work on the vehicle in the service center bay. I thought it was very strange that the status of the vehicle wasn’t what they said it was, which made me wonder why they would say it’s complete, but we’re still working on it. this gave a sneaky or dishonest appearance. Giving them the Beni fit of the doubt, I chalk this up to poor communication and time management. I am satisfied with the work done. It appears to be done correctly, which I appreciate. Overall, I’m uncomfortable with the lack of straight forward communication and timeliness of work leading my to not trust my most expensive assets to this service center. More

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and the service tech notice a metallic ticking coming from the engine. They diagnosed the problem and were able to get it fixed. The work was covered under the power train warranty. They completed the work very quickly and my Jeep is running great. I am happy they brought this to my attention because the warranty was expiring soon. They were able to save me a lot of money!!! More
