Paul at Smythe Volvo was OUTSTANDING at explaining all of the features of our new xc90. I have taken delivery of several cars over the years and have never had this level of service. We went to Smythe to just test drive and look at the XC90. Once we met Shaun we were sold. He was so great to work with; felt like buying a car from a friend. He was friendly and professional. I dread g XC90. Once we met Shaun we were sold. He was so great to work with; felt like buying a car from a friend. He was friendly and professional. I dread going into dealerships because it usually feels like it takes forever, the process was easy and quick. My car was scheduled to arrive two weeks later, Shaun kept in touch and kept me updated. The experience of picking up the car and singing papers with Ernest was quick and easy. This dealership has fantastic customer service. I highly recommend going to Smythe and working with Shaun Hayes! More
