I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

I had an overall pleasant experience at Smyth Volvo when I purchased my certified pre-owned Volvo S60 almost 2 years ago, fairly low pressure and honest. My most recent experience with Sales Manager Justin Torain was another pleasant experience, and I appreciated his honesty about one of the services that was recommended but not so urgently pressing. My car was just in for general maintenance and a few weeks later it's back for a check engine light that was resolved with software updates only the dealer could perform. Why weren't the updates performed during the general maintenance? I don't like wasting my time bring the car in and then being down a car with a newborn. This was avoidable. More
