I was giving him a bit of a hard time about the color I wanted, and Shaun kept going out of his wa Salesman Shaun Samaroo was a pleasure to deal with. I was giving him a bit of a hard time about the color I wanted, and Shaun kept going out of his way to find the exact right one....Lightning Blue!! He also hooked up the car seat base in the new car.....LOL, all the while telling me how his little girl would just ~love~ to play with our 4 month old great-grandson!! The Finance Manager, Jenn Brown, was also great to work with....she whittled those numbers around until they were a great fit for us!! All in all a great new car buying experience.....will recommend Park City to any and everyone I hear talking about buying a new ride!! More

I came in to purchase a used car and Shaun listened to what I was looking for and answered all my questions without any pressure or pushing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, very patient and friendly. Eventually he introduced me to the finance manager who was able to give me a great rate with a warranty, even though my income was not ‘great’. I highly recommend them also because after I bought the car, the customer service did not end there. I started to hear noises from the car and once I called Shaun and let him know, he fixed the car right away. Thanks so much to this excellent team at Ford who made this difficult car buying process very easy. More
