This is a proper bmw dealership. I travel from up north because I have difficulty trusting smaller dealerships ability to service my M cars. I've worked with Brad Schultz (Salesman) for my last two cars (3 years), and Ed Besl (Sales Manager) for over 20 years. Both are real professionals and willing to work with you on any request. I had a lease cars (3 years), and Ed Besl (Sales Manager) for over 20 years. Both are real professionals and willing to work with you on any request. I had a lease return that we had discussed for probably 8 months and they hit me up with a great deal (what I look for) on a great new ride at the optimal time. Brad even came in on his day off to make this work and found a car that would fit the incentive program ending that day. I picked up a new lease and Ed was able to work out the most advantageous way (for me) to do a turn in, i.e., buyout/trade in the old lease rather than return, 7x security deposit to drop the cost, get all the rebates ending that day, and a fair value on my two trade ins. Will also say that service is very professional, always a loaner for a drop off, respectful of my time, and good work. Lastly, Chrystal Harrison in finance was top notch. I have another dealership a couple miles closer, but the folks mentioned and the dealership are what you expect when you buy/lease a BMW. Keep it up guys. More
