He texted me several times to know who to address questions to and to notify me the work was completed. The breakfast coupon was also appreciated as was the $100 off for 10 cans of donated food. I also 'almost' bought a new SUV and had the best buying experience I've ever had working with Shaun Sweeney. Shaun let me take the vehicle overnight to show my wife and was a true expert on the BMW product. I drive from Dayton (Beavercreek suburb) to have each of my BMWs serviced at BMW of Cincinnati North because they have the best service and the best staff. Now I know that I will also buy my next BMW there. Why? Because Shaun is so easy to work with, he treats the customer right, and has the customers best interest at heart. He is probably the best vehicle purchase specialist I've ever dealt with and I know that when I settle on the right new BMW for me ... I will buy it from Shaun. More
