Some words that come to mind; polite, knowledgable, honest, non-pushy, personable. Overall just an outstanding experience. I purchased my certified pre-owned i3 and if I had to do it over again I'd go see Clay, Shawn and Tony 100 times out of a 100. Kudos to a dream team.
