Friendly and professional service provided by everyone I encountered. The customer waiting area was stocked with food, snacks, and drinks! I didn’t want to leave! Staff Friendly, but lack transparency which leads me to question integrity. Had to make several trips and still unsure if services they say they performed were completed as promised. No signatures on any of service documents I received. Management defensive I ask for verification or clarification related to car being CPO. Still don't know if car was fully serviced. More
