Horrible service! Didn’t know the proper procedure to do my oil change! I waited over 5 hours (with my newborn baby) for a simple oil change! When I finally left, my c Didn’t know the proper procedure to do my oil change! I waited over 5 hours (with my newborn baby) for a simple oil change! When I finally left, my car was making a horrible sound. Not even 1 mile from the dealership, my car had the whole street filled with smoke!! I immediately turned around and they basically told me they didn’t know what they were doing. Allegedly did it the right way but now my air is not working in 90 degree weather. I don’t know what they did wrong but I will never take my car back to them to find out. The worst place I’ve ever bought a car, from the buying to the service. More

I had a nice salesman. After I drove the car home, I was devastated to find out that it has few electrical problems. The USB ports in the car were not working . I understand it might be my responsibility to make sure everything was working as I did my best ,but finding out such problem hurts me really bad as I was made to understand that once I drove it home they won’t do anything about it. The car wasn’t detailed even after I asked, they just did a quick outside body wash. The engine was very dusty and as well as the interior door side. I many times asked if the could make the engine look better but they definitely didn’t. Making the engine a bit better could have appealed to me more but they didn’t want to do it even after the salesman said he asked them to do it. The was a broken part in the lift gate, one of the manager took it to the back to fix it and brought it back after it was fixed. I got home only to find out the same thing was still broke . Having to buy a car from this store and finding out these things makes me uncomfortable and stresses my mind or whether there are more issues to discover. I pray not! More

The truck I just bought was clearly sunk in mud. I had no way of knowing this until after the purchase. The dealer hid this issue. There is even mud in the door handles and some in the cab of the tr I had no way of knowing this until after the purchase. The dealer hid this issue. There is even mud in the door handles and some in the cab of the truck. Someone cleaned this truck to the point of selling it, but not revealing the fact that it was virtually under mud at some point. I would not recommend this dealer very dishonest. More
