I delivered a recently purchased used 2021 Jeep Wrangler (still under manufacturers warranty) to Kendall Dodge Jeep dealership, suffering from the Jeep Death Wobble. Shauna arranged for a loaner rental vehi (still under manufacturers warranty) to Kendall Dodge Jeep dealership, suffering from the Jeep Death Wobble. Shauna arranged for a loaner rental vehicle and for the defect validation & repair. Delivery of replacement parts took longer than expected (nearly 6 weeks), but that was due to parts backlog not dealership issues. I will definitely come to Kendall Dodge Jeep first for my next vehicle! More
