Shauna arranged for a loaner rental vehicle and for the defect validation & repair. Delivery of replacement parts took longer than expected (nearly 6 weeks), but that was due to parts backlog not dealership issues. I will definitely come to Kendall Dodge Jeep first for my next vehicle! More
