I had a terrible experience with a different dealership and was basically told my car was worth nothing and I was out of luck on getting a new one. One afternoon with these guys and they had me in a brand and was basically told my car was worth nothing and I was out of luck on getting a new one. One afternoon with these guys and they had me in a brand new Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy! This is my dream car and they were a dream to work with! Everyone was helpful! More

They helped me out a lot more than anyone else around town did. I was stuck with a vehicle I no longer needed and Shawn cared enough about my situation enough to even give it a try. town did. Dealer would not honor a rebate unless vehicle was finaced with Ford. This was not specific on the ad and the seller was rude ans disrespectful. When I elevated the issue to the manager, the issue did finaced with Ford. This was not specific on the ad and the seller was rude ans disrespectful. When I elevated the issue to the manager, the issue didn't seem to matter to him. I did end up buying the vehicle because I really wanted it and the finance percent was only 2 points higher with Ford. I'm still dealing with the dealership for titling issues and the salesman is still rude, disrespectful, and is very confrontational. I would not recommend this dealership. More
