Asking for much higher monthly payment than the previous car. Moreover their tone was full of insult. Offered me a car of 8600 miles already driven, higher than March 2019 rate. They were saying April has no better deal than March 2019. But in the official website of VW can see different picture. I have 2 other cars from VW. Wishing to terminate the transactions with them. Horrible service after brand new car broke down This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We purchased our Atlas here in 2017. The car broke down (still under warrantee) and it was towed This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We purchased our Atlas here in 2017. The car broke down (still under warrantee) and it was towed to them. It's been sitting in their parking lot for a month. I have to call to find out updates. No one gives a courtesy call to say what's going on. They refuse to help get a loaner vehicle to me despite me asking many, many times. If you buy a car from these people and something goes wrong, they will literally do as little as they can possibly do. Do not give these people your money. They all pretend not to know anything and just pass you around to other people. The customer service is horrendous. They are very nice when you buy the car but after that they could care less about you. I have lost hours and hours of my time trying to call these people to get answers and all they do is give me the runaround. Please beware. More

Professional, knowledgeable and patient to explain in detail all my concerns and to help me get the best deal. Fred, the finance person, was also the same. The entire business is a professionally operated dealership with a clean, comfortable waiting area. All paperwork was handled expertly. There are no hidden fees and there is no nonsense at this dealer. Chris also spent as much time as I needed to go over the operation of all the Jetta's features and demonstrated step by step every operation. I drove in with my 6 year old Nissan and drove home in a sporty new Jetta. I highly recommend More
