I recently purchased a vehicle with CarSmart and couldn't have had a better experience. I found the vehicle online but live 4 hours away so had to coordinate with them over phone and email ahead of visiting have had a better experience. My sales person was Shawn Bowers and he was prompt, informative & took a lot of care with all his correspondence. The truck was exactly as described and shown in their very detailed photo gallery. We went ahead and handled the pre-financing process prior to me showing up so once I got to the dealership and determined I wanted to purchase the vehicle, everything was done in a quick manner. I drove almost 3 hours one way to get my car. I spoke with the salesman that my expectations were - no scratches or dents, clean interior. Arrived at sundown on a rainy day, couldn't see the black exteri with the salesman that my expectations were - no scratches or dents, clean interior. Arrived at sundown on a rainy day, couldn't see the black exterior well but salesman and his boss promised this was THE vehicle. I took their word and got home at 11 PM. Once in the garage I noticed several scratches and even paint overspray on the hood. White paint on a black car, how could they have missed this? I called salesman to express my disappointment, he said he'd see what he could do, never called me back until I reached out a few days later. He essentially told me the car was perfect and if there were scratches, dents, or paint overspray it had to of happened on my 3 hour drive home and hung up on me. I'd think service would be better when I'm spending $50k. I'll never deal with place again and I will tell everyone how horrible and dishonest this place was. And the manager promised to replace a few interior items due to wear and tear, over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on items to be shipped to me. No replacement parts, no follow up from the store. More
