I love my car but the customer service I received was very poor. I felt like an option and not a customer. It sucked a lot. Bob Garcia handled everything for the most part. He would always say he would call me back and never did it was really annoying. He said I had lane switching assistance on my car and it doesn’t and there isn’t any compensation for it. Everyone else did great. Also the car was posted with a sun roof and there wasn’t a sun roof. My car didn’t even come with plates I had to ask for them. Bob is still supposed to call me back about my mirrors and still hasn’t which isn’t surprising since he does it allllllllllll the time. Like it’s the principle of him saying he will do it 20 times but the facts that he never does makes this 10 times worse. More
