Excellent Customer Service for a first time buyer. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived at the dealership but before I knew it Shawn was out in the cold to greet me with a friendly smile and a f I didn't know what to expect when I arrived at the dealership but before I knew it Shawn was out in the cold to greet me with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. He asked what I was visiting for and right away he took me to the vehicles I was interested in and showed me all of the features and told me all of the specs and information on the vehicle. After I was set on which one I liked we went inside and he was very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had and he made it a huge effort to get me the best deal. He was very knowledgeable, as were all the employees I had contact with for my visit, and he answered all the many questions I had without any delay. When the time comes for me to get another vehicle I would prefer to go back to Phillips Chevrolet, or if I know of anyone looking I would recommend it and tell them to ask for Shawn, Mike, and Henry. More
