Great dealer and dealership Shawn really worked with us to get to a price we could afford and didn't make us feel like we were losing them money. We tried the Phillips Chevrolet Shawn really worked with us to get to a price we could afford and didn't make us feel like we were losing them money. We tried the Phillips Chevrolet dealership in Homewood at first but we ended up feeling like THEY were doing US the favor. Um, HELLO! WE are the ones buying the car! Shopping at the Lansing location was a very positive experience and would definitely recommend going to that location. More

Went out of their way to help me! Purchased a Trax LS and after a couple of days decided their were a couple of additional things I wanted. Did some research and realized the LT would Purchased a Trax LS and after a couple of days decided their were a couple of additional things I wanted. Did some research and realized the LT would have been a much better fit. Hassle free and best price in 200mi Shawn did an awesome job of clarifying everything and answering all of my questions and then some. He was very friendly and showed me the entire store Shawn did an awesome job of clarifying everything and answering all of my questions and then some. He was very friendly and showed me the entire store. I saved over $3,000 off MSRP (which definitely made a 90mi drive worth it). While I was waiting he was kind enough to fire up a Z06 I was drooling over. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and just made the entire process very positive! I will definitely be looking to Phillips Chevrolet for my next purchase. More
