Amazingly easy!! I spoke to Shawn about 7 months ago and we couldn't get a deal that worked for me. I thought nothing of it and went on my way. He called me 7 months later when D&M had some more inventory of the vehicle I was looking for. We ended up getting a deal done quickly for new vehicles for both my wife and I. Shawn was such a great guy to work with and even helped me surprise my wife with the vehicle she had been wanting. I can't speak highly enough of Shawn or D&M and how they do business. I have been listening to The Ticket advertise for D&M for 20+ years and never called them until now. I will never call anyone else going forward!! More
