We had an exceptional experience with all who were involved. Calvin was out salesperson and he did fantastic! Within a two days we were able to locate the vehicle, process the paperwork and get everyt involved. Calvin was out salesperson and he did fantastic! Exemplary Customer Service I bought a used Toyota Highlander from BMW. Jim Andrews was my salesman and went above and beyond, even though is was a used Toyota! While talking t I bought a used Toyota Highlander from BMW. Jim Andrews was my salesman and went above and beyond, even though is was a used Toyota! While talking to Jim, the store manager suggested I drive it home to see how I liked it! I ended up buying it that day. On my way home the dash board was making a rattling noise that I knew would drive my crazy. I sent Jim a message and he said "bring it in whenever you want and I'll get it fixed!" I've never bought a used car with not warranty that a dealer would fix in any way. I'll buy every car from here if I can!! More

Great buying experience! Love my little Porsche! I wasn't in the market for a cute little Porsche convertible, however as I drove by there it was! Calling my name. Had my teenage son with me and we d I wasn't in the market for a cute little Porsche convertible, however as I drove by there it was! Calling my name. Had my teenage son with me and we didn't even test drive it, but an hour later we were back, driving on a sunny but chilly fall day. It wasn't an expensive car but Ira Booker treated me like I was spending a million bucks. It was so late in the day the dealership was closing but the entire staff stayed to make sure all the paperwork was done so that we could drive away that night with the "new" to us car. While the car was 20 years old it came with a warranty and is currently in the BMW shop getting a few things fixed. No questions asked Mark Mears (service dept) just said "bring it back in and we will take care of it". While it will be a few months before it is convertible weather again, I will be ready when it is here! Couldn't be more happy with my decision to purchase this vehicle through the BMW dealer as it gives me a sense of relief to know they also have a great service center in case there are any issues. More
