Excellent customer service My dad totaled his Envoy a few years ago. He went to Bob Ferando Ford and began leasing a Ford F150. Since then he began leaving another truck and whe My dad totaled his Envoy a few years ago. He went to Bob Ferando Ford and began leasing a Ford F150. Since then he began leaving another truck and when my mom was ready to upgrade she went and got a preowned car. We've always had great experiences with Shawn and all the other employees.
