I bought a truck in the beginning of September. First, they failed to produce a title within 30 days. Then, they made a deal with my bank behind my back which ended in me overpaying Jim Norton my first mo they failed to produce a title within 30 days. Then, they made a deal with my bank behind my back which ended in me overpaying Jim Norton my first months payment by $30. I still have not received the $30 refund. I have spoken directly with the finance manager, Todd, on more than one occasion and they still have yet to send me a $30 check, even after telling me they would. This has been going on for weeks. I will not be returning for my next purchase. More

I went to Jim Norton Toyota after looking everywhere for a new truck. I was looking for a new truck and finally when I got to Jim Norton Toyota they made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to a new truck. 5/25: First time buying a new car, and Zoua went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% informed and taken cared of through the sales and during financing. 6/24: I have not received my registration and beyond to make sure I was 100% informed and taken cared of through the sales and during financing. 6/24: I have not received my registration papers or finance documents yet since a month ago, and complete silence from the dealership. After several attempted calls, I got a hold of Doug. I went in after work and restarted my contract with him. 7/22: Complete silence and no documents yet again. Went into Jim Norton again, talked to Doug, and restarted my contract AGAIN. (Some advice if you're redoing your contract again: Keep track of your prices/numbers from last time, which I didn't do unfortunately. My interest rate bumped up just a tad bit from last time when I checked later.) 8/18: No documents still. Decided to call one last time. Found out Doug didn't work there anymore, so another advisor had the burden of handling my situation. He said he would look into it. Didn't catch his name because I was just so dumbfounded about everything. He asked me to come by tomorrow to get a new temp tag. 8/19: Visited Jim Norton Toyota to try to talk to who I was talking to yesterday, but we couldn't figure out who it was or that he just wasn't in today. Was told to come back tomorrow. 8/20: New advisor, Shawn (finally got his name), called in the morning and confirmed that my contract did, in fact, go through. Visited Jim Norton Toyota that evening to get my new temp tag and more info, but he wasn't in that evening. 9/18: Visited Shawn to get an update since the papers has still not come in. Said he will call Accounting on Monday and update me later. 9/28: No call, but FINALLY the registration papers came in... after 4 FREAKIN' MONTHS. ------------- OVERALL: Sales Dept is top-notch, but the Finance Dept is a mess. Don't bother with texts/emails; just call a few times until they pick up. I probably won't buy from this dealership again in the future though honestly. More
