I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any dealership service center. Genuinely 0 stars, avoid at all costs trust me. Beyond shady business. Will be reporting to the BBB. Not only is there dealership service center. Genuinely 0 stars, avoid at all costs trust me. Beyond shady business. Will be reporting to the BBB. Not only is there a MAJOR lack of urgency, care, professionalism and don’t even get me started on the lack of communication. They ALSO lack mechanical knowledge as well. I came in with a crankshaft sensor code (p0420) - took them a week to figure out what I already told them the issue was. Then of course there’s “problems along the way” they replace that & do a tune up (now 2 1/2 weeks later) and I have a blown motor! Go figure. Motor was in perfect mechanical condition before the car was in their hands. Then I’m forced to pay for a new motor due to their screw up(s) and at this point the car has been in their possession a month. Curtis then “works a deal” out- although it should’ve been free. So instead of paying $8,000 and some change I paid $5,600 and some change. With a 1 year warranty on the motor and 1 1/2 months in their possession I finally get the car back. Guess what? ISSUES! I now have a rear main seal leak due to their negligence & have called and called and called and I still get the run around. No ones called me back- Curtis is a professional xxxxxxxxxxx and every time I ask to speak to management they flat out tell me no or transfer me and then I’m on hold till the call drops. I’ve talked to other people and they’ve had similar experiences with an oil change taking up to a week or parts installed completely incorrectly. Truly baffled by the lack of professionalism. Now I have a car with a refurbished used motor with a rear main seal leak which costs another $2000 I don’t have to repair- they’ve since ghosted me and won’t even give me any sort of communication about the warranty I paid an extra $600 for. Screw Mitsubishi. More
