After finding out I had a oil leak from engine which was just replaced in Tampa Jeep Dealerahip he did e Shawn in the service department was the best. 2008 Jeep Problem resolved Shawn was so attentive! Our Jeep was having issues so we took it in to the dealer. Shawn found our warranty, he was persistent until he had the whole Shawn was so attentive! Our Jeep was having issues so we took it in to the dealer. Shawn found our warranty, he was persistent until he had the whole warranty thing straightened out for us. We really appreciate how easy he is to work with and how he took care of us. He put the warranty back into the system as it should be and then he gave us a rental car until our Jeep could be fixed. We dropped off the Jeep late Friday night and on Tuesday we picked it up and it is working perfectly. Thanks for all your help Shawn and the entire service department Julie C More
