I called back 28 hours after dropping my vehicle off for an oil change (responding to the texts asking for an update didn't work). I was told it wasn't ready and was told to come in about an hours to pick i an oil change (responding to the texts asking for an update didn't work). I was told it wasn't ready and was told to come in about an hours to pick it up. I questioned what happened and explained it had already been a day for just an oil change, at which point I was told it was ready now and I could pick it up. I wasn't sure if it was ready but I went to pick it up. Thankfully it was ready. I'm not sure what the process is for keeping customers updated, but something defiantly didn't work right. Its disappointing to no be able to trust a dealership with simple maintenance. More
