I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change with Shawn at 8am, dropped my car off around 6am. I called around 11 was told by a young lady to leave a message and I would receive a call back, called a Shawn at 8am, dropped my car off around 6am. I called around 11 was told by a young lady to leave a message and I would receive a call back, called again around 1 same response, called again at 230 same response once again. I called back at 3 to inform the central dodge I would just pick my car up and take it to another dealership to have the oil change done. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with the biggest attitude by Shawn who simply opened the door and pointed at my car. The customer service there is horrible, Throughout the course of this whole day I was not even sure if my car was there, let alone being looked at. There are more small mechanic shops that know a substantial amount more about the vehicles brought into the dealership than anyone in this building. More
