I have a tough situation. My Fiat model isn't sold in the USA anymore. The electrical system in the car is quirky. Central can always solve my problems eventually - which is more than I can say of independent garages - but unless I get my preferred service advisor Shawn and he gets their "best guy" on the repair, it doesn't get fixed properly the first time and I have to bring the car back. So, my experience with Central is better than elsewhere, but not five stars. More

I spend a lot of money at this dealership and I really like Shawn. He's a low key guy who is down to earth and pretty straightforward. And the work performed was solid. But the communication is a horror s like Shawn. He's a low key guy who is down to earth and pretty straightforward. And the work performed was solid. But the communication is a horror show. Numerous calls unreturned and deadlines missed. Everybody has a busy life and you can plan around most curveballs, but when the car goes into the shop and it's a black hole of silence, that just doesn't work. I'd avoid them for service if you're able. More
