Again, I was greeted immediately by Michael who answered all my questions and was very helpful in making my decision to order a 2024 Crosstrek. He communicated with me weekly about the status of my car and its expected arrival. When it did come in, Michael spent a great deal of time going over all the details and all the bells and whistles involved with the touch screen. The finance person, Richard, was also the same gentleman I spoke with ten years ago. He was very respectful and competent, He answered all my concerns and questions. I would happily recommend Dean Team Dealer and Michael Kaufman to anyone looking to buy a new car. More
