He serviced my Honda before I bought it. I'm sure he's excellent at his job. I had a complaint against the one who sold the car and the extra's that he pushed that I didn't need. I was not happy about the $2,000 fee for selling the car to me. I still am not sure what that was about. The original cost of the car was quoted to me but I did not see the original Manufactures suggested retail price, even though I asked for it. His quoted cash price of the vehicle began at 29,340. The suggested price, that I later got was $28,580. I'm guessing the $2,000 added on free was for to delivery service.. My total cost for this vehicle ended up being $35,516.84

They worked with the warranty company, even with lengthy wait times to get the answers I needed as I was traveling with the vehicle out of town over the weekend. The warranty company refused to cover part of the service that Honda indicated needed to be done. I agreed to just pay for what wasn't covered and fight it out with the warranty company. When Sean called to let me know the car was done he said he had talked to his boss about the situation. They really didn't agree with the warranty company not covering that part that was recommended as part of servicing the fuel injectors. They decided to go one step further and not charge me but continue to push back at the warranty company to cover. I was given a quote for some routine maintenance things that added up to alot. I did want to do some price comparison but will definately be factoring in the level of service I received today in that decision. Great job rapids honda and thanks again Sean.

I had my CRV in for service which included tire rotation.
They did not tighten the lug nuts on the front right tire. I made a special trip back to the service dept to have them see what was wrong. They did p

We drove about 70 miles with that tire having loose lug nuts and wonder if that caused any damage to the wheels and or lug nuts.

The lug nuts were not tightened properly on the front right tire on the driver's side. I had to make a special trip to the service department to have the problems looked into and resolved. We also had driven about 80 miles that day with that problem which could have caused serious trouble for both the car and perhaps caused an accident.
