Great dealership along with great people! Every time I come into Rapids Honda it’s always a positive experiencing! Whether I am getting a car wash or an oil change, this place always leaves me smiling! The staff is always friendly and willing to make sure I am happy and comfortable as well! The waiting areas are also really clean and nice. A great place to sit down, have a cup of coffee while waiting for your car! Service is always fast and efficient, even if I don’t have an appointment. Shawn my service advisor was friendly and also kept me updated on the status of my car. The sales team is also great, they are willing to work with anyone and find a solution for you! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car or to have maintenance performed! I am glad to be a part of the Rapids Honda family! More

Very helpful for new resident I was a bit hesitant to find a new place for my vehicle while being a new resident from out of state and not knowing what the reputations of the deale I was a bit hesitant to find a new place for my vehicle while being a new resident from out of state and not knowing what the reputations of the dealerships and service buildings were but Rapids Honda was very welcoming and helpful. recommended full brake service that was not needed I brought my 09 Accord in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there I was informed that brakes all the way around were at 2-3mm and that a full I brought my 09 Accord in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there I was informed that brakes all the way around were at 2-3mm and that a full replacement was needed. I replaced the rear pads / rotors and learned they were at 4mm at the thinnest and the front pads were 6-7mm. Unfortunately, this is the first time in 30+ years of owning vehicles that I have had someone try and sell me a service that was unnecessary. More

Fluid changes I’ve had to stop by twice recently to have my fluids changed on my Honda Ridgeline without an appointment. Experience Dependent on Employee The first time I went to Rapids Honda for service it was great. Austin went over and above to create a good experience and was extremely courteous and The first time I went to Rapids Honda for service it was great. Austin went over and above to create a good experience and was extremely courteous and maintained great communication. The second time I went to them for service left much to be desired. I called ahead on Friday, September 20 to see if they had the part I needed. I got transferred around a bit, first talking with service, then being transferred to parts to see if they had the part in stock, and then being transferred back to service to schedule my appointment. The second time I spoke with service, I spoke with Chad. I informed him that the part needed to be ordered but they told me it could be here by the following day (Saturday). That day didn't work for me so I scheduled my appointment for the following Monday. He told me I would be all set and that the work would only take 15-20 minutes to have a license plate bracket put on my vehicle. However, I didn't have a lot of confidence after the conversation that he was going to get things set up and ordered. After talking with Chad, I called back to Rapids Honda to talk with the parts department, let them know I had just scheduled an appt with Chad for 1:00 on Monday, Sept 23 and that the part needed to be ordered. I don't remember the name of the person I spoke with, but the man said he would go talk with him to make sure it got ordered. I showed up for my appointment at 1:00 on Monday, checked in with Shawn, and then proceeded to wait for 40 minutes only to be told the part was never ordered. I understand mistakes happen. However, when Shawn got a hold of Chad, Chad told him that he never ordered the part because I was going to get back to him on other work I wanted to have done on my car. When I had called I never mentioned anything else I wanted done on my car. I have worked in customer service for 8 years and understand that when you're working with a lot of people it's easy to get customers mixed up. Even so, when I was told that I would be good to go for Monday at 1, that means no action was taken to ensure the part was in for that appointment even though I spoke to two people about it and rather than taking ownership of it, I was blamed for it. I took extra proactive effort on the front end to call a second time, waited around for 40 minutes and then got told it was because I didn't call back. I'm normally easygoing when mistakes happen, but I was so upset that I called other places I've worked with to price out getting the work done elsewhere. I was very unimpressed with my experience and how a mistake was handled. I did come back the next day because every other place was going to be significantly more expensive since it was a Honda-specific part. I worked with Shane who was so on top of things, got me in a out quickly, was friendly... all I could think was "why couldn't I have worked with him the first time around?!" He was GREAT! More

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Love the convenience of a new Honda dealer so close to home. Came in for a oil change. Staff were friendly and show they take care of their customers.
