I don’t trust the service department!Heard most came I don’t trust the service department! Heard most came from Brookdale Honda. I refuse to take my vehicle there! I took it to Buerkle Honda even thoug I don’t trust the service department! Heard most came from Brookdale Honda. I refuse to take my vehicle there! I took it to Buerkle Honda even though it was a lot further away! Had an oil change done late 2019 & think it was overfilled which caused many symptoms that could have been fraudulently misdiagnosed. Did not specify I wanted synthetic oil. Oil change was done with synthetic oil and up charged for the oil. It's a high mileage van that doesnt need special oil.
