Just bought my 2010 Toyota Tundra yesterday, and was not even looking for a new car. The process was amazing from start to finish, extremely easy, no pressure, great price, and nothing like your normal deal even looking for a new car. Greg Clark helped us test drive and pick out the car, Tom Diaz was wonderful with his experience with the finance end, and Jose was great with the paperwork. Shawn Sibley did an amazing job of finalizing everything and making sure the process went smoothly. Car Specialist - Joe T. (I believe Townsend?) - Initial point of contact Joe showed us several vehicles, answered all of our questions during the initial selection process, and took us on the road to test point of contact Joe showed us several vehicles, answered all of our questions during the initial selection process, and took us on the road to test 2 vehicles. His customer services skills and level of professionalism were top notch. He demonstrated character and a great personality. Joe T. was definitely a huge part in our decision of purchasing a vehicle. I wish we could have completed a survey on him as I believe his efforts should be recognized. Joe is truly an amazing team member and someone who I would hope Toyota would embrace with advancement opportunities due to the skillset. Mike Rush - assisted with the negotiations portion of the car deal. Seemed personable and thorough and worked with us. However his lack of follow-up to several concerns we expressed after purchasing the vehicle and lack of returning phone calls leaves much to be desired for. No follow-through on his part. Seems more like a 'salesman' - but the customer service ended there for him. (we originally completed a survey on the date of purchase for Mike Rush and gave high ratings... if there were a way to retract that and do over the ratings would definitely have been different. Perhaps that survey should be done a few days later...not 5 minutes after you agree to buy the car. Shawn Sibley - outstanding customer service. Accurate. Pleasant. Personable. Answered all questions with ease and knowledge. A great representative for Toyota. Jordan Siviglia - To Jordan I say 'great manager'. Took the time to address any concerns and correct them. Very happy with Jordan's management expertise. Overall, thumbs up Toyota of Orlando, you have our business in the future. More

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I came in with a specific vehicle in mind and Joshua showed it to me, I was able to test drive it without any problems.
