I reached out about a toyota seqouia , the young lady made me a same day appt. my son and i went there for our appt. with shawn stefut he told us the car had a hold........why make the appt then..we ask made me a same day appt. my son and i went there for our appt. with shawn stefut he told us the car had a hold........why make the appt then..we asked to speak to a manager shawn gets jay weigand "used car manger" he says another dealer has a hold on it,..again why set the appt. he says " well i didn't call you.xxx kinda answer is that to a potential customer.. classic bait and switch xxxxxxxx. Oh my goodness! If every Dealership was run like this one, there wouldn't be any on line car buying going on!!! EVERYONE at this place is not just "nice" but Kind! If every Dealership was run like this one, there wouldn't be any on line car buying going on!!! EVERYONE at this place is not just "nice" but Kind! They behave like you're family & just came into their house! The manager (Brian) goes around hugging his employees & joking with them. My salesman, Michael B was so patient with me! (Not an easy task Michael. Thank you!)I actually feel like I can Trust these people. They're Rocking it! I'm impressed. (Usually only GOD can impress me). Thank You ALL! You all get 5 stars but this site won't allow me to do that. More
