From the first phone call to your dealership I knew we were on the right path. My salesperson (Flora) was extremely hardworking and upfront about the process and cost. She had to reach out to other dealerships to find the F-150 with the options I wanted. Within 24 hours she found upfront about the process and cost. She had to reach out to other dealerships to find the F-150 with the options I wanted. Within 24 hours she found the truck and another few hours after that she secured the trade. She reviewed all rebates and discounts I was receiving. Even invited me to an event at the dealership to receive another $500.00 off. Was able to discuss the cost of extended warranties with David in finance the night before. I had them put on some accessories and Jason in service worked extremely hard to get the vehicle done and prepped by the time I signed the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership. Flora is by far the best salesperson I have ever had. She is highly motivated, honest, and I didn't have to worry about certain details slipping through the cracks. More

Oh my goodness! If every Dealership was run like this one, there wouldn't be any on line car buying going on!!! EVERYONE at this place is not just "nice" but Kind! They behave like you're family & just came into their house! The manager (Brian) goes around hugging his employees & joking with them. My salesman, Michael B was so patient with me! My wife and I came in to drive and purchase a Mustang convertible you had for sale. We had a great ride and gave our sales person our vehicle to have evaluated. The evaluation came back and we prepared t convertible you had for sale. We had a great ride and gave our sales person our vehicle to have evaluated. The evaluation came back and we prepared to go through the paperwork to purchase the vehicle. We were shocked when the sales person went over the figures, which included a $4000 charge for PermaPlate which we were never told about before we started the closing process. We have purchased several vehicles over the past 50 years and never, never were we told we had no choice but to accept the $4000 charge or lose the car. We were also told the service had already been performed, which was impossible since the carpet in the vehicle had plastic on it from the factory and the floor mats were still in plastic in the trunk! The windshield still had stickers on it, so it could not have been done either. I can appreciate the dealership making a fair profit, but the purchaser should have the opportunity to accept or reject a $4000 out of pocket expense, not have it crammed down your throat. We will purchase a new Ford vehicle, just not from your dealership. I know that probably doesn’t matter to you, you will sell the vehicle and someone will pay the PermaPlate costs, it just won’t be me. The sales rep was very good and tried to explain things, but claimed she knew nothing about the additional costs and couldn’t do anything about them.
