Different for Senior reasons Our sales person was great, the sales manager (don't recall name) was receptive. We knew our rating was poor, they wanted an amount that we didn't have and still meeting the sales tax....plus a signal might have been possible in data collection that poor people aren't. They asked for references..okay They asked for a utility bill, even though we provided multiple address proofs. Then, they needed a Social Security document from 2019 and called it the wrong name which made understanding what they really needed difficult. We suggested the correct document name and a visual radicated example for us older folk. Otherwise I loved it and I'm not just saying that...we had 1 communication issue and all was easily resolved. I ended up going back after visiting a few other dealers and unfortunately Clayton was gone for the day but Shawn stepped in and helped me out. They stayed late to do the paperwork and made sure I left with what I wanted. Thank you to the Molle family for all your help and making this a pleasant experience for me! I noticed the next morning after buying my car that there was a tiny crack in the windshield, I contacted Shawn about it and he got me right in and fixed up!
