Mo was also SUPER incredible; gave me info on the features of the Palisade that were different from the Highlander I was currently driving and was able to name several things that the Palisade had that were more advantageous than my prior Toyotas! 10/10 would recommend Hunter and Mo to all of my friends and family! And I LOVE my Palisade! More

Ok so I am revising my review. First, Jenni From BDC is Awesome! Very helpful, nice and quickly resolved all my questions and concerns. Had an offer for my trade in no time and proposal for the purchase or lease. I asked the differences and boy was she straight on and knew her stuff. She then passed me on to Belmin from Sales. Different experience when dealing with sales. He tried to help but then felt like he put me on the back burner. I guess he was trying to work thru the issues with corporate verifying my Identification due to a Fraud Alert on my credit, which is fine and great to verify, but during the process he did not keep me informed. I was told several times, I'll call you back in 20mins, 2 hrs go by I have to call. He states he was with another customer, but your first customer has priority as a quick simple call to keep the customer informed goes a long way. I was getting upset do to the empty promises, ok things happen just be truthful no problem. Not knocking down Belmin, overall good guy, just a few flaws. I have received a call from the General Manager who told the truth, gave the expectations and was understanding and helpful. Maybe a training issue or customer service issue with sales. But needless to say could have been better. The GM did a great job, kept me informed even after hours and even tho it was closing time, I could tell he cared and was working on situation. Next day, it was all set and delivered. I wish I remembered the guy that delivered my vehicle. What an awesome professional dude! He made me feel wecome to Mastrovito and answered any questions proficiently. Very pleasurable to be around! I would recommend this company simply because of Jenni, the GM and the gentleman that delivered the vehicle. They are the ones that made me feel like I wasn't just a number. More
