Every person was polite, professional, and courteous with no type of haggle or hassle. Every purchase has been a pleasurable experience with the greatest customer care. But, Shawna, Tracy, and their finance guy Mike or Mickey (I'm really bad with names) turned that feeling around and reaffirmed why I keep shopping at walker. They make you feel like family, no pressure on the buying process and I didn't have to haggle like a mad man. They presented a very fair price for my trade in and were up front about everything, no smoke and mirrors. If you're looking to buy or lease it's fantastic all around.
