Born and raised in Hawaii, I have been in this industry since 1994. I have sold many types of vehicles including Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep, Eagle, Mazda and Nissan. Moved to Florida in 2002, and have been with Ford since March of 2014. I love meeting new people and I really enjoy what I do! Amazing customer service. I first met Shawna almost two years ago and I followed her to Walker Ford when my 2015 Explorer was totaled. I was pleased to discover that her "abov I first met Shawna almost two years ago and I followed her to Walker Ford when my 2015 Explorer was totaled. I was pleased to discover that her "above and beyond" mentality was not a one time deal. She had a little over a week to find a 2017 Ford Explorer in one of two colors I would be happy with and the options that I could not live without. Not an easy task at the end of the year when new models are coming out. She found what I wanted and made arrangements to bring it over from Daytona. She did all of our paperwork online or via text so all we had to do was go in and sign. Where most other salespeople would consider their job done at that point, Shawna spent another hour going over the features of our vehicle as well as help us hook up our cell phones to the navigation/entertainment system. Shawna has proven to me that she is going to do what she says. I know she is giving me the best price and that I can trust her. She has even helped me with the service department when I had a problem. I would be hard pressed to find someone who knows more about the different Ford models on that lot. Her knowledge is staggering. I will always buy my new cars from Shawna as long as she wants to sell them. More

Great sales experience. I’m to an age I suppose I can say I’ve had several car buying experiences now. My experience at Walker Ford was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with was I’m to an age I suppose I can say I’ve had several car buying experiences now. My experience at Walker Ford was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. I left happy and feeling like I got a fair deal. Ask for Ms. Shawna Hargett, she was respectful of my time and clear about everything, so I didn’t have to decifer anything to understand I was getting a strait-forward deal. I expected to face the most pressure in financing over extended warranties but had no such experience. Mr. Rumberger seemed like a genuine decent person. Over 20 years ago I was in a motor vehicle accident where another car struck mine. My car was towed to Walker Ford. I no longer remember any details of that visit except for having had a good experience and a positive feeling about Walker Ford then as well, which was one of the reasons I went there for my new car. Based on my experiences I can highly recommend Walker Ford. More

Used Walker Ford online. found my truck, emailed them. They were very prompt and I was able to do all steps except signatures online! Went to dealership and they had everything ready to sign! Got an intro, keys and was out of there in less than an hour! Great experience. Great price/selection,no hassles, clean low key environment. Im spoiled now and dont want to go to any other dealership! When my wife's car is ready for trade she can have any car she wants....as long as its at Walker Ford! More
