A few months back we stopped in looking and was approached by Cari Zimmerman in the lot. Ms. Zimmerman was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and actually has the same type of vehicle we were looking for. At the time there wasn't a Travers LT on the lot and we were upside down on our vehicle to trade anyway. Ms. Zimmerman was very polite, courteous and professional with us. She totally understood our dilemma and gave us a card and told us to contact her at anytime. She push us or get our number to call and get a sale. We appreciated that and upon returning to lot on this past Saturday we found the Traverse on the lot and made sure we looked up Cari for the sale. We worked with her and she set us up with no pushy or BS sales talk. Cari then hooked us up with the Finance guy, Shay Foley. Another quality guy. I had some issues this time around which were no fault of Steve's and I ended up being at the dealership for quite a while. Him and his entire team were extremely patient and kind with me and I could not be more thankful. They helped me go home in a car that I have wanted for a very long time.
