Almost 100% service Good experience. Only problem that I had and still have.... I called in advance to make sure a specific car had ALL the features I wanted. Features Good experience. Only problem that I had and still have.... I called in advance to make sure a specific car had ALL the features I wanted. Features that I wanted and asked for included auto tailgate lift. I also asked for full itemized cost for the same vehicle. I got all features I wanted minus tailgate lift and the full price was not offered. Adjustment made in cost since I was given a misquoted amount but I was so tired that I forgot to address the tailgate lift issue. I still bought the car but every time I have to manually lift that tailgate I remember that one negative experience. Wish my salesperson had addressed that with his boss and wish I had remembered to bring it up. I live a full hour away from this dealership on a heavy traffic day. That was the reason for calling in advance. For that reason alone I cannot give them a perfect score. Other than the above they probably would have. God bless all! :-) More
