Service department is usually great but I had an early appt to have a recall item addressed. 3 hours into the appt, no part for the recall I was there to address. New appointment will be made when recall appt to have a recall item addressed. 3 hours into the appt, no part for the recall I was there to address. I cannot stand this quick service garbage. It was so much easier when you could make appointments. Now I need a ride unless I wanna spend hours waiting. You get harassed when you bring your car in to trade it in by emails and phone calls even when you say you’re not interested in trading it in.
