I have always got great service from both of these men personally and the quick lube team. I always had great service since I bought my car new several years ago {have 61 thousand miles on it now}. Decent experience over all, first guy (Art i believe) I talked to blew me off after I told him I was to sure about buying that day, ended up buying a new explorer a few days later from another sales guy wh talked to blew me off after I told him I was to sure about buying that day, ended up buying a new explorer a few days later from another sales guy who wanted to work with me. The car did throw a Check Engine Light with 327 miles on in which is terrible, Shay in the Service Department was able to read the code and tell me that it wasn't too serious and set me up to get it in a few days later and fixed up. Finance guy almost talked me out of buying the car. More
