I have a new Ford Explorer and needed my first oil change and also needed a piece of trim under the dash connected -- it was missing bolts and was only noticed several months after purchase. I phoned Shay to and also needed a piece of trim under the dash connected -- it was missing bolts and was only noticed several months after purchase. I phoned Shay to ask about the Fast Lane process and he was very polite and gave me great advice. When I came to Mac Haik a few days later, he remembered me, got my car in line for service and said he would do his best to get the trim connected. I was able to leave my car and returned when he phoned me. The oil change and small repair were done and I was on my way in a few minutes. Shay is very professional, works hard, and I will be back for my regular service and anything else that happens along the way. Great service. More
