My Jeep came in for oil change, tire rotation, and changing both air filters. Upon receiving my car, the front passenger seat was all the way back, there were no paper floor mats, grease stains on the changing both air filters. II recently spent $5,000 on a smog system service for my diesel truck, and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. Growing up, I always heard that if a vehicle failed smog, there were pro diesel truck, and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. Growing up, I always heard that if a vehicle failed smog, there were programs to help—apparently that doesn’t apply if you drive diesel since the def system is only for smog. For the amount I paid, I expected attention to detail. Instead, my truck was returned with the DEF tank barely above one-quarter, even though I was told the DEF level should never be allowed to drop below halfway. If I’m paying thousands for a major repair, basic steps like topping off the DEF shouldn’t be overlooked. I also felt disappointed that the repair only came with a two-year warranty, which seems very short for a $5,000 job. I understand that warranty terms come from the factory, but a repair of this scale should reasonably come with at least a five-year warranty. Please make sure to improve the overall service experience. Customers paying this much deserve thorough, complete work and clear expectations. More
