"They always manage to fit you in" I came into the service department 2 days in a row last week with windshield and battery issues. Exasperated both times and of course I had no appoi I came into the service department 2 days in a row last week with windshield and battery issues. Exasperated both times and of course I had no appointment! Staci and Nate were so kind and worked me in as soon as they could. Shazam spent over an hour trying to re calibrate the windshield but found an underlying problem and educated me as to what was causing it. Battery was also replaced and off I went.
